Here is the original photo of Joe followed by the finished photo.
- I brightened the left hand side of his face.
- I lightened the shadows.
- I used the blemish corrector tool.
- I sharpened his eye, eyebrows and other significant features.
- I made the guitar more contrasted than the rest of the photo in order to show off the important reoccurring element of music throughout he magazine.
- I blurred the background a bit more.
